The Safety Changing Table Pad Deluxe comes with both of these things and is also made with a hypoallergenic material. (Despite the contoured sides and strap, the American Academy of Pediatrics says that you should never leave your infant unattended while changing her -- make sure you have everything you need before you place her on the pad). The pad is also waterproof, washable, and attaches to a table with strong adhesive tabs. The thinner cloth pad is removable and packs easily in a diaper bag.
